#68 Crash when thumb too heavy

Uploading to Youtube gave me this error (thumbmail too heavy). I think prismedia should warn of the media size before uploading to Youtube. (Peertube took the upload without complaint.)

I was not aware of any limits about thumb for youtube 🤔

Probably something new with their API changes. I'll need to find if they talk about that somewhere or if it's a temporary bug!
