An interesting feature could be to add an option to delay publication either on Peertube or Youtube.
Objective is to set a "publishAt" option, then delay this date for one platform to be able to publish video in preview on one platform :-)
It'll allow for example to publish video on Peertube one week before Youtube, and still upload them in one command with the same NFO.

specify a delay (what unit use? second, minutes, day, a date?)
specify a platform to be delayed (either youtube or peertube)
I think it could be relatively easy by adding 2 options: youtubePublishAt and peertubePublishAt which override publishAt if present.
