#22 Connection aborted with 'An existing connection was forcibly closed'

I think it's the second time I see this error. Don't really have a clue on how to reproduce it or why but I'd like to let a trace in case someone else know how to reproduce the error.

2018-11-14 01:27:18,052 Youtube: Video is correclty added to the playlist.
2018-11-14 01:27:18,448 Peertube: Uploading video...
2018-11-14 01:27:33,434 Peertube: Error: ('Connection aborted.', error(10054, 'An existing connection was forcibly closed by the remote host'))

It was after multiples uploads (The 5ft file of the evening).

I never see this one, perhaps something bad on the instance site?

The problem never occurs for Youtube uploads?

It only happened twice and both time and none of them where when uploading on Youtube.
I'm also not sure it's a Prismedia's bug, but I wanted to trace it in case it is.

No more error since 1 year, probably a temporary error, I'll close it.
